TrueConnect: Settings - Sales Channels

If you are using TrueConnect, you can customize your Sales Channels to compare how your different resellers are performing. These settings are managed in Settings > Sales Channels.

By default, Resmark provides an Agency sales channel. This default channel can be renamed but not deleted. You can create additional sales channels to further segment your reporting. Some examples include:

Online Travel Agencies
Local Hotels
Industry Partners

Sales channels are assigned from the TrueConnect agreement page when setting up a connection with a reseller.
