TrueConnect: Adding a new Reseller

Resmark provides a network of resellers who can help boost your sales by reselling your products. This guide covers how to add a new reseller to your account.


Be sure to notify the reseller when you create an account for them. There are multiple ways a reseller can place orders using the account you set up. See How to Sell a Connected Product for details.


Adding a New Reseller


  1. Select Reseller Order on the left side of Resmark.
  2. Select New Reseller.
  3. Enter the business details of the reseller. You can also set up agents or employees who work for the reseller. Resmark will search the reseller network to verify the business does not already have an existing account. If you still do not see the reseller, scroll to the bottom and select Continue Creating New Reseller.
  4. After saving your changes, you will be taken to the connection settings page where you can define which products are available for resale and configure any other connection settings.
