TrueConnect: Settings - Sales Channels
Sales Channels are a great way to compare how your different resellers are performing. Read on to find out more.
If you're taking advantage of the TrueConnect feature of Resmark, then you will likely want to customize your Sales Channels. Sales Channels are a great way to compare how your different resellers are performing. By default, Resmark will provide you with Agency. This default sales channel can be re-named but can't be deleted. You can also create additional sales channels to improve your reporting. These settings can be managed in Resmark > Settings > Sales Channels.
Examples of additional sales channels include:
Online Travel Agencies
Local Hotels
Industry Partners
Your sales channels can be enabled from the TrueConnect agreement page, as seen here:
