TrueConnect: General Settings

Managing your TrueConnect General Settings is the first step in getting your business set up for selling or reselling products through TrueConnect.

Allow Other Businesses to Invite Me to Sell Their Products

When enabled, your business will appear in the list of available resellers on the Connections page. Other businesses can then reach out to you with an invitation to resell their products.

Allow Other Businesses to Sell My Products

When enabled, your business will appear in the list of available suppliers. Other businesses can then reach out to you with a request to resell your products.

Default Commission

Set the default commission rate for your products. Commissions can also be managed individually per reseller or per product. Changes made here will only impact future connections, not any existing ones.
