TrueConnect: How to Sell a Connected Product
When connecting with another business using the TrueConnect feature, there are multiple methods for creating an order to sell a connected product.

Reseller Adds the Connected Product to Their Website
Resmark provides the ability for the Supplier to place an order on behalf of a Reseller. In this situation, the reseller should contact the supplier to place an order (over the phone, email, or however your businesses generally communicates). If a product supplier frequently works with travel agencies or other resellers, this is a great way for the supplier to separate the resellers from their own internal agents and properly calculate commissions.
The supplier will log into Resmark, and do the following:
1. Select Reseller Order
2. Search for the business
3. Select the business or Invite to Sell
4. Select Start New Order next to the correct agent, or add an agent if they aren't listed (the agent is generally the person who contacted the supplier to place the order)
5. Follow the standard order process, and fill out the required information to place the order
If you're a reseller and you're connected with other products, these products will be listed alongside your own products when placing an internal order. To place an order, simply select New Order at the top of Resmark and follow the same order procedure you would for any internal products.
If you're a reseller and you're using the Resmark Add To Cart widget, or Product Links on your website, you can continue to use those for connected products. If you're using the Resmark public product page (yourcompany.app.resmarksystems.com) connected products will automatically be added to your Things To Do section. This makes it easier for your customers to place orders on their own.
