The Basics

Be a reseller of products supplied by other businesses - This feature allows you to sell products on behalf of other companies, straight from their inventory. Other business' inventory can be listed on your own website, and be sold alongside your own inventory.

Be a supplier to other businesses who want to resell your products - This feature allows you to supply your products to resellers who can sell your products as if they were their own. When reselling your products, other businesses can earn a commission or net rate.

Be both a reseller and a supplier - Resell products for other businesses, plus allow businesses to resell your products.

Using TrueConnect, you can select specific products that can be resold, customize those products, and agree upon a specific commission or net rate for every product. Connections can also be used within your own business. For example, if you have multiple business locations and you’d like some users to have access to all locations, while others only see products and reports from a specific location, Connections also works well for this scenario.

This article will guide you through everything, from configuring your account to paying out commissions or net rates.
