Why is my WaiverSign bill higher than expected?
All WaiverSign plans come with an included limit of signed documents per month, and if that limit is exceeded you will be charged on a per document basis for the remainder of the month.
For example, WaiverSign Standard Pricing includes 50 signed documents per month, after the included amount has been reached during any given month it's $0.12 per additional document. So if you're on a Standard Plan, and you have 350 signed documents during the month of February, then your bill in March would be $48, here is a breakdown of what that bill would look like:
$12 for the monthly subscription charge for the month of March (includes first 50 documents)
$36 in additional signing charges for the month of February (for the 300 documents over the included 50 per month)
If you have any questions about your bill, please contact the WaiverSign Support team. If you're on any form of custom pricing, the math may be different than what is included on this page.
