Can I collect Credit Card information or other personal data using Custom Fields?

Custom fields let you collect additional information from customers that may be useful for your operations or marketing, such as height, weight, dietary restrictions, or t-shirt size. Custom fields are available in both Resmark and WaiverSign.

Data entered into standard or custom fields in Resmark and WaiverSign is not encrypted. Do not use custom fields to collect sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or social security numbers. Anyone with login credentials for your account can view and export customer and participant data.

Resmark supports compatible payment processors for secure payment collection. All information entered through a payment processor is PCI compliant. This is not available for standalone WaiverSign accounts.
