Advanced search using custom fields in WaiverSign
You can search your signed documents by date, name, or email, but did you know you can also search by custom fields?
To search using custom fields, the first thing you need to do is add them to your document. For more information see this article.
To view all signed documents, go to Signed Documents and at the top select the custom field you want to search by.
You can search by just the field:
Or refine your search further by entering the answer you're looking for.
This works best for List or Checkbox type questions.
After finding the documents you need, you can export this information by clicking Export Contacts or Export Documents seen below the blue search button in the screenshot above.
