Adding custom branding to your WaiverSign documents
WaiverSign offers the ability to customize your document branding. You can add a logo, header image, and background color.
There are two places to add branding, in the brand settings, or on the individual waiver.
To set up custom branding, simply log into your account and navigate to Settings > Brand. From there, you'll find the option to upload your logo, a document header, and a color hex code for your document background.
Some things to consider when setting up your custom branding:
The business logo must be at least 300px tall by 50px wide, we recommend using a .png file.
The header background needs to be around 1600px wide by 100px tall.
Keep in mind the header image scales depending on the screen size, we advise staying away from using a photo, logo, or any other image that won't scale nicely. Sticking with solid colors, simple patterns, or textures are absolutely the best way to go.
Any changes made to your brand settings will apply to ALL of your documents. If you need custom branding on a per-document basis, talk to our team about adding a child account to your existing subscription.
If updating an existing business logo, you may need to clear your computer's cache and cookies for the new image to show up when previewing the document, as your web browser will likely try to load the previous logo.
Do you have a waiver that needs additional branding?
For example:
A school district with an event sponsored by a local company.
A salon, but your stylists all have their own waivers with individual branding.
You can add an image and text that will appear on the signing page of your waiver with any additional information you need to include. Simply go to Create & Edit Documents, select your waiver, and go to the Additional Information section of your document.
