White screen when logging into the application
Are you attempting to log into the application, but you're only seeing a blank white page? Here's the most common solution to that issue.
Why won't the page load?
The public side of Resmark / WaiverSign offers full support for all major web browsers, so when your guests or customers need to book an order or sign a document there should be no compatibility issues, regardless of browser choice (Firefox, Safari, or Chrome).
However, the back end of WaiverSign where you can manage your account is only officially supported on Google Chrome at this time. So if you are logging into your account, things may not work 100%, or even at all if you're using an unsupported browser.
If you're greeted with a blank white page, or any other oddities, it's likely because you're using an unsupported browser. Please try again with Google Chrome and the issue should go away. If the issues persist in Chrome, contact the support team for additional assistance.

Chrome is the most used browser on the planet -- with that in mind, we've opted to only offer Support for Chrome on the back end of the system. This keeps our development time at a minimum, our QA costs down, and reduces the number of issues that are browser-specific.
The customer-facing end of Resmark / WaiverSign fully supports Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. So your guests should have no issue purchasing your products, or signing your documents, regardless of browser choice.
