How do I update my payment information?

Resmark bills through an external platform called ChargeOver. You can pay by credit card or ACH bank account and update your payment information at any time using the steps below.



Each month, Resmark sends a billing email through ChargeOver that includes a link to update your payment information.


If you have not received it, check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our Support Team. We can confirm the correct email address is on file and resend your payment link or invoices at any time.


Tip: Search your email inbox for ChargeOver to quickly find your most recent invoice or payment link.


Update your payment method


Open the link in your ChargeOver billing email, then update your details. You can pay by credit card or by ACH bank account (a direct transfer from your bank).


If you have any trouble accessing your billing information, contact our Support Team.
