Understanding Resmark's Auto-Logout and Session Inactivity Timer

To help protect your account and your customers' sensitive information, Resmark automatically signs users out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Every time you click, type, or navigate within the system, the countdown resets — so as long as you're actively working, you'll stay logged in. Before logging you out, Resmark will display a prompt asking whether you'd like to continue your session. This timeout is a PCI compliance security measure and applies regardless of your SSO or Azure AD settings; it cannot be extended through your identity provider.

If you were previously experiencing logouts after approximately two hours of active use, that was a known issue that was resolved in May 2026. The system now behaves as intended — your session will only end after genuine inactivity. If you're still being logged out while actively working in Resmark, please contact our Support team with details about what you were doing when it occurred and we'll investigate further.
