Is it okay to share my login information?
With Resmark and WaiverSign, we allow you to add an unlimited number of users to your business. With no extra cost for additional users, we highly recommend creating unique logins for each user on your account!
Every person who logs into the system should have their own username and password -- this allows a higher level of security for your company as any and all changes made to your orders, products, and other critical information will be tied to that user. Additionally, you can set user permission restrictions to keep certain people out of certain areas of the application.
When an employee leaves your company, you can simply disable that person's access from Settings > Users > Archive to help keep your business and customer information private.
