How to Whitelist an Email or Domain
If you want to make sure you receive messages from a certain person or company, whitelisting their email address or domain ensures those emails always land in your inbox.
How to Whitelist an Email in Gmail
- Click the gear icon in Gmail and select See all settings from the Quick settings menu.

- Navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses in the top menu, then select Create a new filter.

- Enter a specific email address or an entire domain in the From field, then select Create filter.

- Check the box for Never send it to Spam, then select Create filter to finalize.

How to Whitelist in Outlook
- Select the gear icon in Outlook and navigate to Junk Email. Select Add under Safe senders and domains.

- Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist, then select Save to finalize.

How to Whitelist in Yahoo
- Navigate to Settings and select More Settings.

- Select Filters, then click Add new filters.

- Set a filter name and enter the email address or domain in the From section. Choose Inbox as the destination folder, then select Save to finalize.
