How to clear your Browser Cache & Cookies
Clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history can resolve minor display or login issues in Resmark. Follow the steps below for your browser.
Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and most other browsers
- Click the menu icon (three dots or three lines) in the top-right corner of the browser window, then go to Settings > Privacy and Security or a similar option.

- Select Clear browsing data or the equivalent option. A window will appear with checkboxes for what to clear. Make sure Cache, Cookies, and Browsing history are all selected, then click Clear data or the equivalent button.

Safari
Safari handles this differently and requires a couple of extra steps.
- First, enable the Develop menu if you have not already. Open Safari, then from the menu bar select Safari > Preferences > Advanced and check Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar.


- From the menu bar, select Develop > Empty Caches.

After clearing your cache
You may need to log back into Resmark after clearing your browser data. If you are still experiencing issues after completing these steps, contact our Support Team and we will be happy to help.
