How to change the business owner on your account.

If someone is leaving your organization, or you have a change in leadership, you can update the business owner of your account.

1. Have the current user listed as the Business Owner log into their account.


If it is not possible to log into the Business Owner account, contact support.

2. Update user level


As the business owner, go to Settings >> Users. The option to change the owner will appear by clicking **Business Owner** (in blue). Select the new owner in the dropdown list. 


3. (Optional) Remove users


Click Archive next to any users you want to remove from your account.
