How to change the business owner on your account.

If someone is leaving your organization or you have a change in leadership, you can transfer the Business Owner role to another user on the account.


Step 1: Log in as the current Business Owner


The transfer must be initiated by the current Business Owner. If that is not possible, contact our Support Team for assistance.


Step 2: Transfer the Business Owner role


Go to Settings > Users. Click Business Owner (shown in blue) to open the ownership transfer option, then select the new owner from the dropdown.

Step 3: Remove departing users (optional)


If you need to remove any users from the account, click Archive next to their name.
