How do I update my general business settings?

To update your business details such as your name, address, or website, go to Settings > Business in Resmark.


Business Settings overview


The following fields are available:


Business Name

Your company name as it will appear on order confirmations, emails, and within the supplier network. If you operate multiple brands, you can associate more than one business with your account after registering your first.


Business Type

  • Supplier -- you have your own products.
  • Agency -- you sell products on behalf of other businesses only.
  • Supplier and Agency -- you have your own products and also sell for other businesses.


Country

The country where your primary place of business is located. This is where you will be receiving orders. Individual products can be serviced in different locations.


Address

The primary street address of your business. Your timezone for operating hours is based on this location, and this address may appear on order confirmations and emails. Each product can have its own location and timezone.


Timezone

The timezone for your business location.


Business Email

A general contact email for your business. This does not need to match the email address you use to log into Resmark.


Website

The full URL of your company website. If you do not have a website, select I don't have a website.


Primary Resmark URL

Appears when "I don't have a website" is selected. This URL is used at checkout and allows agents and resellers to browse and purchase your products.


If any of these fields are grayed out, you may not have the user permissions needed to manage business settings. Contact your account admin or reach out to Resmark Support to adjust your access level.


Note: To update your logo, brand colors, or about us section, go to Settings > Brand instead.
