How do I update my general business settings?
If you need to make any revisions to your business details like your business name or address, simply navigate to Settings > Business in Resmark.
The following options are available in the Business Settings menu:
Business Name
Enter your company name as it will appear on order confirmations, emails and within the supplier network. If you have multiple companies or brands, you may associate more than one business with your account after registering your first business.
Business Type
Supplier: You have your own products.
Agency: You sell products only for other businesses.
Supplier and Agency: You have some of your own products and sell products for other businesses.
Country
Select the country where your business is located. This should represent the location of your primary place of business where you'll be receiving orders. Your products may be serviced in different locations.
Address
Enter the primary street address of your business. This address should represent the location of your primary place of business where you'll be receiving orders. Your timezone for operating hours will be based on this location. Your business address may be listed on order confirmations and emails. Note that each of your products can have a different location and time zone.
Timezone
Select the timezone for your business location.
Business Email
Specify a general email address that can be used to contact your business. This email address does not have to be the same as the email address you use to log into Resmark.
Website
Enter the full URL of your company website. If you do not have a website, select I don't have a website.
Primary Resmark URL - "I don't have a website"
This URL will be used at the time of checkout and as a way for agents and resellers to review and purchase your products.
If the option to update your business settings is grayed out, you may not have user access to manage business settings. Speak to your account admin or contact Resmark support if you need to change your user access level.
Note: If you need to update your logo, brand colors, or about us section, please visit Settings > Brand
