How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page. If you still have access to your account, you can update it from your profile settings.
Option 1: Password Recovery
You can reset your password from here, and a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. If you don't see the email within 2 minutes, then be sure to check your spam inbox.
Option 2: Change Password
If you still have access to your account, you can change your password by doing the following.
1. Select your business at the top right corner of the app (while logged in)
2. Select the 'Manage Profile' option
3. Select 'Edit Profile' and you'll be taken to the 'My Profile' page
4. At the top of the page select, 'Change Password'
5. You'll receive an email with a password reset link. If you don't see the email within 2 minutes, then be sure to check your spam inbox.

If you can't remember the email address that you use to login, please contact Resmark Support and we'll help you locate your account.
