How do I reset my password?
There are two ways to get back into your account, depending on whether you are locked out or just want to update your password.
Option 1: Reset your password from the login page
If you cannot log in, go to the password recovery page and enter the email address on your account. A reset link will be sent to your inbox.

Option 2: Change your password while logged in
If you still have access to your account and want to update your password:
- Click your business name in the top-right corner of the app.
- Select Manage Profile.
- Select Edit Profile to go to the My Profile page.
- At the top of the page, select Change Password.
A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
