Set up launch dates/times for your product either on a recurring schedule or variable dates for special events. Find this in Products > Inventory

When setting up your product date(s) you have the following options available:

Regular Recurring Dates

If you selected regular recurring dates you can move on to the next step and set up the time.

Variable Dates

Choose this option if your dates are random or there is no pattern. If you have selected variable dates, you will go to the time settings.

| Note: Start and end times can span multiple days.

Time

| If you selected Variable Dates when configuring your date, you can skip this step and go to General Settings.

When setting up product start times, choose one of the options below.

How to create a WaiverSign signing link

Accepted Answer

After you have published your first waiver, simply navigate to "Get Signing Link" in WaiverSign to create a URL to your document(s).

Once you have published your first document, you can create a link to your document(s). To do that, navigate to "Get Signing Link" while logged into your WaiverSign account. Simply select your preferences and the link below will automatically update with the settings you chose.

| If you'd like to shorten or customize your generated link/URL, we recommend using services such as tinyurl, bitly, or owly.

From "Get Signing Link" you'll find the following options:

Select Documents:
A list of all your published documents will show up in this section. Select the checkbox alongside the document name for all documents that you'd like to assign to your link. All selected documents will be mandatory when visiting the generated link, if you don't want multiple documents to be mandatory then you'll want to create multiple links.

||| UPDATE: As of June 2021, Date of Birth is no longer a mandatory field (as is mentioned in this video). Do keep in mind that by turning off this field, you can not enforce the Starting Adult Age feature of WaiverSign so it's recommended to avoid turning off DOB unless you've consulted legal counsel.

How do I set up my product inventory: General Settings

These settings control how your customers can place orders and when they can do so.

After you have set up your inventory date settings, you'll need to define your general settings.

The following options are available for your general settings:

Purchase

Allow online order: You wish to allow your customers to purchase online from your website or the Resmark widget.
Do not allow online orders: You wish to have your customers contact you directly or in-person to place an order.

Confirm

Confirm automatically: Upon placing an order online or in the application, it will automatically be in a confirmed status.
Confirm manually: The customer will receive a confirmation, but it will be in "Pending" status until you confirm that you are able to service the order. Once you manually confirm the order, any payment pending will be processed and the customer will receive an updated confirmation.

Restrict orders within specified hours/minutes of start time

If you don't want a last-minute surprise order, you can restrict orders from occurring after a specified number of hours/minutes before the start time. For example, with a 24-hour setting, if you start at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, only orders
