# TrueConnect: Settings - Sales Channels

If you are using TrueConnect, you can customize your Sales Channels to compare how your different resellers are performing. These settings are managed in **Settings > Sales Channels**.

By default, Resmark provides an **Agency** sales channel. This default channel can be renamed but not deleted. You can create additional sales channels to further segment your reporting. Some examples include:

* Online Travel Agencies
* Local Hotels
* Industry Partners

Sales channels are assigned from the TrueConnect agreement page when setting up a connection with a reseller.
