* **Use Transaction Date** (default): Results are organized by accounting line item transactions (adding or removing guests, products, fees, taxes, discounts, etc.) that occurred within the date range. For example, if you applied a discount on June 1 and ran the report for June 1 to June 1, only the discount transaction would appear.
* **Use Product Start Date**: Results are organized by products that start within the date range, regardless of when transactions occurred.
* **Use Transaction Date and Start Date**: Results show transactions that occurred within the transaction date range for products with a start date in the product start date range.
* **Use Order Created Date**: Results are organized by orders created within the date range, regardless of when transactions occurred.
* **Use Order Created Date and Start Date**: Results show orders created within the order date range where the product start date falls within the start date range.

You can also search for a specific order using the **Order Number** text field.

| A transaction date is the date of an accounting modification to an order. It may be the same as the order created date, but any subsequent changes (cancellations, additions, date changes, discounts) will create additional transaction dates for that order.
