Reports: Sales by Order
The Sales by Order report shows product sales data for a given date period with any number of applied filters. The report can be exported as a .csv to Excel for further analysis.

Filters: Date Ranges
Click the funnel/filter icon to the right of the date range to begin selecting filters.
Date Range Options
Use Transaction Date (default)
Organizes results based on accounting line item transactions (such as adding or removing guests/products, adding or removing fees, taxes, or discounts) during the date range indicated.
Example: A discount was applied on April 14 with no other changes. Running the report for April 14 to April 14 will only calculate the discount transaction line in the product totals.
Use Product Start Date
Organizes results where a product starts within the selected date range.
Example: Show all transactions (regardless of transaction date) for products starting May 1 through May 5, broken down per day.
Use Transaction Date and Start Date
Organizes results for transaction line items that occurred within the transaction date range where the product start date falls within the product start date range.
Example: Show all transactions that occurred May 1 through May 5, broken down per day, for products starting in 2020.
Use Order Created Date
Organizes results where an order was created within the selected date range.
Example: Show all transactions (regardless of transaction date) for orders created May 1 through May 5, broken down per day.
Use Order Created Date and Start Date
Organizes results where an order was created within the Order Created Date range and where the product start date falls within the product start date range.
Example: Show all transaction line items (regardless of transaction date) for orders created May 1 through May 5, broken down per day, for products departing in 2020.

Additional filters can be applied to display only products with results for the selected date range.

Rows and Columns
Report results display as rows and columns. Several columns are available, some of which are shown by default.
Additional columns can be selected (or defaults deselected) using the Settings option in the upper right corner of the report. This is a per-user, per-report setting, so column preferences you set here will not affect other reports.

Default columns are shown in bold.
- Order Number -- Reference to the order number. Order numbers repeat for each product in the order. Clicking an order number opens the order. (Cannot be unchecked.)
- Transaction Date -- The date the order was created or modified in a way that affects monetary values. Only displays data if Transaction Date is used as a filter.
- Order Created Date -- The date and time when the order was first created.
- Product Start Date -- The date and time when the product starts.
- Advance Purchase Days -- The number of days between the order created date and the product start date.
- Product Class -- As defined in Product > Details.
- Product Type -- The first type listed in Product > Details.
- Product City -- The city of the first product location in Product > Details.
- Product State -- The state of the first product location in Product > Details.
- Product Country -- The country of the first product location in Product > Details.
- Product Supplier
- Pickup Location -- The pickup location associated with the product in the order. If a customer's pickup location changes after order creation, this field will not update on this report.
- Return Location -- The return location associated with the product in the order. If a customer's return location changes after order creation, this field will not update on this report.
- Customer Name
- Customer City -- If a customer's city changes after order creation, this field will not update on this report.
- Customer State -- If a customer's state changes after order creation, this field will not update on this report.
- Customer Postal Code -- If a customer's postal code changes after order creation, this field will not update on this report.
- Customer Country -- If a customer's country changes after order creation, this field will not update on this report.

Amount Figures
The following amount figures are available when viewing the report for orders on your own products.
Default columns are shown in bold.
- Quantity -- Total number of participants or units added or deducted for the transaction listed.
- Base Price -- Total addition or deduction of the base participant or unit prices for the transaction listed.
- Fees -- Total addition or deduction of all fees associated with any participants or units for the transaction listed.
- Cancellation Fees -- Total addition or deduction of all cancellation fees for the transaction listed.
- Pickups & Options -- Total addition or deduction of all pickups and options for the transaction listed.
- Discounts -- Total addition or deduction of all discounts for the transaction listed.
- Taxes -- Total addition or deduction of all taxes for the transaction listed.
- Processing -- Participant total multiplied by processing percent (or minimum) multiplied by number of participants.
- Product Total -- Total of base price + fees + cancellation fees + pickups and options + discounts + taxes + processing for the transaction listed.
- Commission Payable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Commission Receivable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Net Rate Payable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Supplier Options Payable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Supplier Fee Payable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Supplier Tax Payable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Supplier Processing Payable -- $0 (no amount reported for non-connected businesses).
- Gross Profit -- Equals the Product Total.
- Processing Payable -- The amount owed to Resmark. Should match Processing.
