How to use the direct booking link in Resmark

The direct booking link lets customers book trips, even if the product is not available for online orders. Perfect for private trips where different parties are all going together, but booking separately. Read on to learn more!



Go to New Order and make sure you are viewing in list view.


On the right of each launch is a gear icon.  Click that to view the booking link.


Now you can send this link to your customers so they can book their order, even if the product is not available online!


Trouble booking? Customers will not be able to book for any of the following reasons:



Date/Time has passed
No availability (number of available seats is 0)
Reseller Orders: Restricted orders within hours time has passed (Product > Inventory) for the date and time selected.
