How to use Resmark's QR code for Check-In

Resmark's QR code feature provides a quick check-in process without having to type an order number in the Check-In search field.


How to enable the QR code feature:


Go to the Check-In tab > Check-In Settings in the upper right corner > Switch the toggle on to Display QR code for check-in. > **Click **Save.



When this feature is enabled, it will display a QR code on the Public Orders Page, an Order’s PDF, and will be accessible through the order confirmation email.


NOTE: QR codes will only start showing for orders created while the toggle is turned on. This will not retroactively appear on orders created before the setting was switched to ON.

In the order confirmation email, there will be a Check-In button that the participant can click on that will take them to the Public Order Page (above), where the QR code is displayed.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Typical Bar Code and QR Code scanners should work in scanning the code. A cell phone/tablet camera will not work at this time. Here are some links to recommended compatible scanners:Eyoyo USB QR 2D Barcode Scanner: https://a.co/d/bKjYypf


Scanning participant orders to check them in:


  1. Ensure your scanner is connected to your computer.
  2. Go to the **Check-In **tab.
  3. Scan the QR code to load the order number into the search field and display results.
  4. If no results are returned, ensure the cursor is inside of the “ Search” field, and try again.
