How to manage price tiers and categories

You can create, edit, and delete price tiers and categories from Settings > General > Price Tiers & Categories. Changes made to any existing price tier or category here will be reflected across all applicable products.

Participant Price Tiers

Standard Participant Price Tier

These are the default price tiers that Resmark provides (e.g., Adult, Child, Infant, Senior). If you want to use these standard tiers but adjust the label (e.g., changing "Child" to "Kid"), you can do that from this page.

Custom Participant Price Tier

If Resmark's standard price tiers don't cover what you need, you can create custom ones here (e.g., Military, Locals).

Connected Participant Price Tier

If you are using TrueConnect to resell products for another company that has given you permission to customize their products, you can manage their custom price tiers from here. Changes will only impact your business.

Unit Price Tiers

Custom Unit Price Tier

If your product pricing is based on units (e.g., ATV, Jetski, Segway), you can create unit price tiers to reflect that. Unit price tiers can also be used to distinguish pricing based on factors like size or speed (e.g., a higher-speed ATV may cost more than a basic one).

Connected Unit Price Tier

If you are using TrueConnect to resell products and have been given permission to customize them, you can manage connected unit price tiers from here. Changes will only impact your business.

Price Categories

Price categories are used when you want to offer unique pricing to a partner or outside sales source through TrueConnect. Categories need to be applied at the product level. For setup instructions, see How to use price categories to set up variable pricing.

If you already have price categories set up, you can rename them from Settings > General > Price Tiers & Categories.
