How to Edit or Delete Existing Inventory in Resmark

This article covers how to edit or delete inventory that has already been generated. This is useful for changing pricing on peak days or removing inventory for one-off days when you may be closed.


You can update a single session or bulk edit as many sessions as you need. The same applies to deletion.


Note: If you are looking to update future inventory that has not been generated yet, read more about Inventory Templates.


  1. Go to the Products page in Resmark (in the menu on the left side of the screen).


  1. Select the product you want to update, then go to the Inventory section.

  1. To update a single session, click the edit icon on the right side of that session. To delete a single session, follow the bulk editing steps below.

To bulk edit multiple sessions, select the checkboxes on the left, then click the Edit option that appears near the top of the list. To delete sessions instead, select Delete. If you are deleting, you do not need to continue to step 4.

  1. You will be taken to the edit inventory page, where you can modify the price, change the start time, and more. If you are making changes to inventory that already has reservations, be sure to reach out to the impacted customers. Price changes will only apply to future reservations. All changes saved on this page take effect immediately.


Note: You cannot delete a session if a reservation has already been made for that date and time. Check the Sold column to see if this applies to the inventory in question.
