How do I use Resmark's Check-In feature?
Resmark's Check-In feature allows users to set a time-frame window for guests to check in for their reservation.
To grant a user access to this feature:
- Go to Settings > Users > Select a user > Scroll down to the **Settings **section and make sure the **Checkout, Confirmation, and Check-In **feature is enabled.
- Click Save.
How to set up Check-In time-frame:
- Go to Settings > Check-In
- Enter the time-frame you'd like for guests to check in (ie. see screenshot below: guests can check in as much as 20 minutes early, but no more than 5 minutes late).
- Click Save.
To see which guests can be checked-in:
- Go back to the main Check-In page, notice the Check-In Settings displayed in the top right of the screen.
- The page will now display a list of participants eligible for check-in based on the parameters you set. From here, you can click **CHECK-IN ALL **or **CHECK-IN ALL PRODUCTS **to complete the check-in process.

If a product is one that does not have assigned participants, then the user is shown this message:
