How do I use Resmark's Check-In feature?

Resmark's Check-In feature allows users to set a time-frame window for guests to check in for their reservation.


Make sure this setting is enabled on your account by going to Settings > Check-In. If it is not available, please contact Resmark Support to have it enabled on your account.


To grant a user access to this feature:


  1. Go to Settings > Users > Select a user > Scroll down to the **Settings **section and make sure the **Checkout, Confirmation, and Check-In **feature is enabled.


  1. Click Save.



How to set up Check-In time-frame:


  1. Go to Settings > Check-In



  1. Enter the time-frame you'd like for guests to check in (ie. see screenshot below: guests can check in as much as 20 minutes early, but no more than 5 minutes late).



  1. Click Save.


Now that the time-frame window has been set, the user can check-in participants for any product that has a start time that falls within the window.


To see which guests can be checked-in:


  1. Go back to the main Check-In page, notice the Check-In Settings displayed in the top right of the screen.
  2. The page will now display a list of participants eligible for check-in based on the parameters you set. From here, you can click **CHECK-IN ALL **or **CHECK-IN ALL PRODUCTS **to complete the check-in process.


CHECK-IN ALL: This option will check-in all participants associated with that product for the given start date/time.CHECK-IN ALL PRODUCTS: This option will check-in all participants on all products belonging to the order, and that fall within the check-in time-frame window.


Note: Product start times that fall outside of the check-in window time frame will not be displayed. There will be a message displayed if the user tries to search and pull up an order with products that start outside of the specified time, as shown below.

If a product is one that does not have assigned participants, then the user is shown this message:
