How do I update my payment information?

There are two ways to update your payment information, depending on what you need to change.



Each month, Resmark sends a billing email that includes a link to update your credit card or bank account directly in ChargeOver, our external billing platform. This is the recommended method for keeping your payment information current.


Check your inbox for your most recent Resmark billing email and click the payment update link included in it. If you cannot locate the email, contact our Support Team and we can resend it.


Update your credit card inside Resmark


You can also update a credit card on file by going to Settings > Subscription & Billing > Edit Credit Card.

If Subscription & Billing is grayed out, contact our Support Team to have your user permissions adjusted.


ACH or other payment methods


To set up ACH payments or discuss other billing arrangements, please contact our Support Team directly.
