You can find these options in **Products > Inventory**. After you have configured your inventory settings, you have two options: * [Save as Template](#3-save-as-template) * [Generate Inventory and Save as Template](#3-generate-inventory-and-save-as-template) * [1. Generating Inventory with Variable Dates](#3-1-generating-inventory-with-variable-dates) * [2. Automatically Create My Inventory Continually](#3-2-automatically-create-my-inventory-continually) * [3. Manually Create Inventory Up to a Specific Date](#3-3-manually-create-inventory-up-to-a-specific-date) After completing either option, you can go back and edit or reuse any template you previously saved. For more information about editing existing inventory, see [Manually Update Inventory](https://helpdesk.resmarksystems.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-set-up-my-product-inventory-manually-update-or-delete-inventory-sapmym/). --- ### Save as Template Saving your inventory settings as a template makes it easy to come back later and generate additional inventory using the same configuration. The generation process will vary depending on how you configured your [date settings](https://helpdesk.resmarksystems.com/en-us/article/how-can-i-set-up-the-date-and-time-of-my-inventory-in-resmark-17ysuwj/) and [automation settings](https://helpdesk.resmarksystems.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-set-up-my-product-inventory-automation-settings-1nrtol8/). To generate inventory, select **Generate Inventory** at the bottom of the page. If you enabled **Automatically Create My Inventory Continually**, you will be required to save your settings as a template. If you selected **Variable Dates** or **Manually Create Inventory Up To A Specific Date**, read on. | **Note:** If you have already generated inventory, you need to open an existing template or create a new one to generate additional inventory. **See detailed examples:** 1. Automatically Create My Inventory Continually If you selected [Regular Recurring Dates](https://helpdesk.resmarksystems.com/en-us/article/how-can-i-set-up-the-date-and-time-of-my-inventory-in-resmark-17ysuwj/) and [Automatically Create My Inventory Continually](https://helpdesk.resmarksystems.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-set-up-my-product-inventory-automation-settings-1nrtol8/), your page should look similar to this: ![Automatic inventory creation configuration](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/e7784dabf704b800/454f2711-e8bf-42a9-a6c5-f177e3_g0wzh2.png) After selecting **Generate Inventory**, Resmark will ask you to name the template being used. **This template will automatically start running** and continue until you pause it.
