How do I set up my product inventory: On the Following Days
This is the next step when setting up your products in Resmark under the Inventory tab. Select one of the three options below based on your configuration.
Options
- Time = Repeat several times per day
- Time = Do not repeat several times per day > Duration = Start and end the same day
- Time = Do not repeat several times per day > Duration = Span multiple days
Option 1: Repeat Several Times Per Day
If your time settings look like this, you are in the right place:

In this step, you will define the start and end time for your inventory and how often it repeats per day. For example, if your initial appointment start time is 9:00 AM and your product repeats every 120 minutes, Resmark will generate inventory at 9:00, 11:00, 1:00, and so on until the end time. No start times will be created beyond your defined end time, but appointment durations can exceed it.
To begin, define your product duration and how often inventory repeats (as shown in the screenshot below). This setting is flexible and allows for overlapping inventory or gaps between appointments.

Here are additional examples of how this feature could be used:
Duration = 2 Hours, Repeat = 60 Minutes
Your product starts every hour after the initial start time. Since the product lasts 2 hours, there will be an overlap between each appointment.
Duration = 1 Hour, Repeat = 120 Minutes
Your product starts every two hours after the initial start time. Since the product only lasts 1 hour, there will be a 1-hour gap between each start time.
Next, set your start and end times. The default is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Start Time: The start time for your first appointment of the day.
End Time: The cutoff start time for your final appointment of the day. Appointment durations can exceed the end time, but new appointments cannot begin after it.
You can customize hours by day or apply the same hours to all days. Uncheck the box above a day if you are closed on that day.
In the example below:
Duration = 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Repeat Every = 120 Minutes (2 hours)
On The Following Days = 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday through Saturday)

With this configuration, the following timeslots are created (Sunday through Saturday):
9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
11:00 AM to 12:30 PM
1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
After completing this step, continue to General Settings to define a few more options before generating your inventory. If there are unique days with special hours (such as holidays or promotional dates), you can adjust those after your inventory is generated.
Option 2: Do Not Repeat Several Times Per Day > Start and End the Same Day
If your duration settings look like this, you are in the right place. If not, try Option 3.

On this step you can:
- Set your product start time
- Set your product end time
- Add additional time slots
- Disable days that you are closed

From the example above, the settings are:
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Monday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Friday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM; 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
After completing this step, continue to General Settings to define a few more options before generating your inventory. If there are unique days with special hours (such as holidays or promotional dates), you can adjust those after your inventory is generated.
Option 3: Do Not Repeat Several Times Per Day > Span Multiple Days
If your duration settings look like this, you are in the right place. If not, try Option 2.

If your products span multiple days, the first thing you need to do is define the duration of your inventory. Set the default number of days your product lasts. You can also customize the duration for certain start days (see example below).

Next, define the start time and end time. You can customize start times for each individual day or apply the same time to all days.
After completing this step, continue to General Settings to define a few more options before generating your inventory.
