How do I set up my product inventory: Fields
When a person places an order in Resmark, you can choose what information you would like them to provide about themselves, as well as other participants. The Fields feature gives you full control over this.

Information Collection
You have three options for information collection to choose from.1. Collect No Information - Choose this option if you do not want to collect any customer or guest information and if you do not want to send a confirmation email. Some mandatory information will still be required for credit card processing.2. Collect Customer Only - Choosing this option will only ask the customer at the time the order is made. Do not use this option if you want to fully utilize the manifest report or want to have Resmark integrate with WaiverSign. 3. Collect Customer and Guest Information - Only available if your product class is participant-based. This option will allow you to collect information from guests on the order before or after the order is created. The Missing Participants Auto Email set up in CruiseControl would then flag any guests who haven't signed and send them a message reminding them to provide this information and sign their waivers. Check "Show on Manifest" any fields you want to see on the manifest report.
