How do I remove a cancellation fee?
If your products have cancellation policies enabled, you may occasionally need to remove or adjust the fee under special circumstances. You can do this during the cancellation process or after a product has already been canceled.
Removing the Fee During Cancellation
- Open the order.
- Select Cancel near the top of the order.
- If a cancellation policy applies, a notice will appear stating that a fee will be applied. If there is no reference to a cancellation fee, the policy is not applicable to this order and no fee will be charged.
- Select the guest(s) or item(s) you want to cancel.
- A breakdown of the refund will be displayed. Select the blue text in the cancellation row to override or change the fee.

Removing the Fee After Cancellation
If you have already canceled the product and a fee is showing on the order, you can still remove it.
- Open the order.
- Expand the collapsed Cancellation section.
- Locate the cancellation fee and select the blue text.
- Enter the total fee you want to charge the guest. Enter $0.00 to remove the fee completely.
