How do I remove a cancellation fee?
If your products have cancellation policies enabled, then there's a good chance you'll occasionally need to remove the fee under special circumstances. Here's how to remove a cancellation fee.
Removing the fee during the cancellation process
- Open the order
- Select "Cancel" near the top of the order
- If the cancellation policy pops up notifying you that a "Fee will be applied for cancellation" then continue to step 4. If there's no reference to a cancellation fee, then a fee will not show up, as the cancellation policy is not applicable to this order.
- Select the guest(s) or item(s) you'd like to cancel
- A breakdown of the refund will now be displayed -- select the blue text in the cancellation row to override or change the fee.

If you've already canceled the product and a fee is showing up, here's how to fix that:
- Open the order
- Expand the collapsed "Cancellation" window
- Locate the cancellation fee and select the blue text
- Enter the total fee you'd like to charge the guest ($0.00 to remove the fee completely)
