How do I add Product-Specific Confirmation notes to my product in Resmark?

You can add product-specific notes and instructions that appear on order confirmations for individual products. These notes are shown below your general confirmation message and are unique to each product.


General vs. Product-Specific Confirmations


All products share a general confirmation message that appears on every order. To update it, go to Settings > Business > Checkout And Confirmation Settings.

Product-specific confirmation notes are configured per product. To update them, go to Products > (Product Name) > Marketing > Product-Specific Confirmation Notes.

Available Fields


  • Show Special Message in Email Body: Optional notes about this product that appear in the confirmation email below your introductory message. Use this for next steps, meeting instructions, or other details specific to this product. Limit of 3,000 characters.
  • Start Time Instructions: Information the customer should know before the activity begins, such as "Please check in 15 minutes early. Bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and sturdy hiking shoes or boots." Limit of 1,000 characters.
  • End Time Instructions: Information about what to expect at the end of the activity, such as "Event is expected to end 2 hours after the start time. We will drop you off at the visitors center." Limit of 1,000 characters.
