How do I add marketing information to my product in Resmark?

Marketing information helps potential customers learn about your product before booking. It is also used by internal agents when providing product details to customers. If your product is publicly available for reservation, this content will appear on your public booking pages.


To configure marketing information, navigate to Products > (Your Product Name) > Marketing.

Short Description


A brief description of your product (25 to 200 characters) used in product listings. HTML and rich text are not allowed in this field.


Overview


A paragraph or two (up to 3,000 characters) summarizing your product.


If you have an existing product page on your own website, do not copy and paste the same content here. Duplicate content can cause your pages to compete with each other in search engine rankings. We recommend making at least 75% of the content on your Resmark product page unique.


Highlights


A short list of 3 to 4 bullet points (up to 300 characters) covering the most attractive aspects of your product. Use the bullet tool in the editor for best results.


Adding New Sections


If you need to provide additional information beyond the default fields, you can add new sections. Resmark offers several suggested section titles:


  • Additional Information
  • What to Bring
  • Excludes
  • Includes
  • Itinerary


If none of the suggestions fit, select Custom Title from the dropdown and enter your own section name.

You can manage your default marketing sections at any time from Additional Marketing Sections.
