# Exporting WaiverSign Documents and Contacts

Signed documents and contact data can be exported from your WaiverSign account at any time.

### Exporting Signed Documents

Each completed document is stored in the **Signed Documents** section of your account. To export documents in bulk, navigate to **Signed Documents > Export Documents**.

| You can also export contact data using the **Export Contacts** option next to Export Documents. This downloads a CSV file directly to your device with no extraction needed.

After requesting your document export, you will see a message to check your email for a download link within the next 30 minutes. The email typically arrives within a couple of minutes and comes from **support@resmarksystems.com**.

| If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

### Unzipping Your Export

The download link will provide a zipped folder containing PDFs of your signed documents. You will need to unzip the folder to access the files.

**Windows:** Locate the downloaded file, right-click it, select **Extract All**, then click **Extract**. You can use the Browse button to choose where the files are saved.

**Mac:** Locate the downloaded file in your Downloads folder and double-click it. It should automatically open through Archive Utility. If the file does not open, right-click it, select **Open With**, and choose **Archive Utility**.
