Adjusting Product and Participant Information on an existing Order

You can move participant information from one product to another on the same order without generating a new order number. This is useful when a customer changes their mind about which trip or product they want to book.


Adding the New Product


On the order that needs to be updated, click Add Product and select the new product from your list.

Moving Participant Information


With both products now on the order, go to the Participant Information section. Use the dropdown menu to move guest details from the original product to the new one. If the same documents are required on both products, those will immediately register as signed on the new product.

Cancelling the Original Product


Navigate back to the original product on the order and select Cancel. A menu will appear giving you the option to cancel both products. Make sure to cancel only the original product, leaving the new one intact.


If you have cancellation fees configured, you can remove them by clicking the blue text to adjust the fee down to $0.


Finalizing the Order


You now have the same order number and participant information, but with the new product. From here you can apply payment adjustments and resend confirmation emails as needed.


Payment and confirmation emails can be handled once the order is fully adjusted.
