Adjusting Product and Participant Information on an existing Order

Customer change their mind on which product/trip they'd like to book? No problem! You can easily move participant info across products on the same order.


You can easily move participant information from one product to another on the same order, without needing to generate a new order #. On the order that needs to be updated, you'll first want to use "Add Product" to add the new product to the order.



You'll then want to select the new product from your product list:


You'll be able to finalize payment and send a new confirmation email once the order is fully adjusted.


With both products now on the order, let's move the guest details across. This can be done in the Participant Information Section with a dropdown menu. If the same documents are required on both products, those will immediately register as signed on the new product.



To finalize the order, we need to cancel the initial product selected (Bike Tour on this example).  To do this, navigate back to the original product and select the "Cancel" option. A menu will appear, giving you the choice to cancel both products. Make sure to only cancel the original product, leaving the newly added one intact.


If you have Cancelation fees setup, you can remove those by clicking the blue text to adjust down to $0


This will leave you with the same order #, same participant information, but with a new product. You can now apply payment/resend confirmation emails if needed. As always, if you run into any issues, please reach out to the Support Team and we'd be happy to help!
