# Adding custom branding to your WaiverSign documents

WaiverSign lets you customize the branding on your signing pages with a logo, header image, and background color.

### Setting Up Brand-Wide Branding

To set up custom branding that applies to all of your documents, navigate to **Settings > Brand**. From there you can upload your business logo, a document header image, and set a background color using a hex code.

Here is a comparison of a document before and after applying custom branding:

**Things to keep in mind:**

* The business logo must be at least 300 pixels wide and 50 pixels tall. We recommend using a .png file.
* The header image should be around 1600 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall.
* The header image scales depending on screen size, so avoid using photos, logos, or images that don't scale well. Solid colors, simple patterns, or textures work best.
* If you are updating an existing logo, you may need to clear your browser cache and cookies for the new image to appear when previewing.

|| Any changes made to your brand settings will apply to all of your documents. If you need custom branding on a per-document basis, contact our team about adding a child account to your existing subscription.

### Adding Branding to Individual Documents

If a specific document needs additional branding beyond your account-wide settings, you can add an image and text that will appear on the signing page of that document. This is useful for situations like a school district event sponsored by a local company, or a salon where individual stylists have their own waivers.

To set this up, go to **Create & Edit Documents**, select your document, and scroll to the **Additional Information** section.
