How to Whitelist an Email in Gmail

Click the gear icon in Gmail and select See all settings from the Quick settings menu.
Navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses in the top menu, then select Create a new filter.
Enter a specific email address or an entire domain in the From field, then select Create filter.
Check the box for Never send it to Spam, then select Create filter to finalize.

Finding a Suitable Document

The easiest way to add your document to WaiverSign is by copying the text from an existing file and pasting it in. Most common file types work, including .pdf, .docx, and .txt. If your document doesn't allow copying (for example, a scanned PDF), try running it through an OCR converter. Google Drive offers a free option.

Adding a New Document

Navigate to Create & Edit Documents > New Document.
Enter a Document Name. This title will be visible to people signing your document.
Paste your waiver content into the Document Content area. We recommend pasting one paragraph at a time so you can catch formatting issues as you go.

Nearly any Android tablet with access to the Google Play Store should be compatible with WaiverSign. If you are purchasing a new tablet, look for something released within the last 12 months to ensure long-term compatibility. Samsung tablets have been a reliable option for many of our clients.

This guide walks you through creating, configuring, and connecting your GA4 property with Resmark Systems, as well as validating tracking and setting up your Sales Funnel report.

1. Creating and Configuring a GA4 Property

Step 1: Create a GA4 Property

Go to analytics.google.com and sign in or create an account.
In the left menu, click Admin, then select Create Property.
Name your property, set your time zone and default currency, and click Next.
When prompted, choose No for "Migrating from Universal Analytics."
Select Web as your platform.
Enter your website's homepage URL and make sure Enhanced Measurement is turned on before creating the stream.

Enhanced Measurement automatically tracks interactions like page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, and form submissions with no extra setup needed.

If someone is leaving your organization or you have a change in leadership, you can transfer the Business Owner role to another user on the account.

Step 1: Log in as the current Business Owner

The transfer must be initiated by the current Business Owner. If that is not possible, contact our Support Team for assistance.

Step 2: Transfer the Business Owner role

Go to Settings > Users. Click Business Owner (shown in blue) to open the ownership transfer option, then select the new owner from the dropdown.
